To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the e-receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com with your order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Shipping costs and duties for orders will not be refunded, and return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, which include: Markdowns, clearance items, purchases made with a code, swimwear, accessories which includes sunglasses, hats, socks, shoes, jewelry.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We cannot facilitate straight exchanges as our inventory changes daily, and we cannot guarantee item availability. Shipping costs and duties for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
